Before entering the hardware market Psion produced excellent software, especially for ZX Spectrum and QL. In 1984 Psion actually built the PDA market with its Organizer I. Famous especially for its excellent operating system that has evolved over the years becoming the Symbian OS used until a few years ago in many high-end phones, in direct competition with WinCE and PalmOs. Psion also introduced the term netbook with its magnificent subnotebook introduced in 1999. -
