- Intel StrongARM SA1110 Applications Processor
  (supporting the ARM v4 instruction set)
- Hitachi SH3
- NEC MIPS
- Samsung S3C2410 (and variants)
This is a list per CPU (ARM + ARM PXA + ARM STRONGARM + MIPS + SH3 + Intel XScale), and lists company/model/CPU/OS. PocketPC 2002 devices solely use ARM compatible processors. The OS is Windows CE 3.0. Pocket PC 2003 devices solely use ARM4 compatible processors, and their OS is Windows CE.NET 4.1 or 4.2.
